We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our shared hosting plans. If you’re not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund.

Important Note: The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to first-time signups for shared hosting. Domain registration fees, SSL certificates, and dedicated server plans are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Refund request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase
  • Service has not been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same service
  • Refund is requested for a service that is eligible under this policy
  • You have not exceeded 5GB of bandwidth usage during the refund period

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers
  • SSL certificates and security products
  • Dedicated server and VPS plans
  • Any third-party products or services
  • Services purchased during promotional periods with explicit “no refund” terms
  • Setup fees for custom configurations

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of WebinHost management:

  • If you have used the service for more than 30 days but less than 90 days
  • For services that cannot be technically delivered as promised
  • For exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
